I am excited to be entering my third year as the principal of Lyn Knoll Elementary! I began my teaching career in my home state of Pennsylvania, followed by six years teaching 3rd and 5th grades in Baltimore. I moved to Colorado in 2013 to begin my administration career in Denver Public Schools. I joined the APS team in 2017 and have fallen in love with the community. I have earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, a Master of Science degree in Education Administration from Johns Hopkins University and a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Study from the University of Denver. I look forward to continuing to serve the Lyn Knoll community this year!

My brother, sister and I all attended and graduated from Aurora Public Schools. I also went on to obtain my license in Practical Nursing from Pickens Technical College.
